A romantic bed canopy can be simple to make. Finish a long narrow piece of fabric using dramatic and inexpensive calico. For the dimensions of fabric, simply measure the height above the bed you would like to hang it and add roughly one third of this to the length. Fix a wall bracket at the canopy to hang and generously drape the fabric over this so it hangs to the floor. Use tassels or other curtain tiebacks to secure the fabric on each side of the bed. you may also use a hulahoop circle shape or reuse old ones to tie back the long fabric along the circle. can be 2 or only one fabric. last one is use a triangle shape or prism moulding from thick wire or wooden and fit your long fabric as model you like you can pin or sew at the right points.
